Open Letter from Westmount High School Governing Board regarding the student protest on April 17, 2025
Dear Westmount High School community, As parent members of the Westmount High School Governing Board, with our own children attending, we are deeply committed to providing a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for all students and staff. Our commitment to the WHS community is personal and unwavering.
The Governing Board is a body established according to the Education Act. It is composed of the principals, parents, and teachers, representatives of non-teaching professionals and support staff, as well as students and community representatives. All committee members work in partnership to ensure that every student receives the best possible learning opportunity.
