Online K4 & K5 Request for a Registration Appointment 2025-2026

Below is a list of the elementary schools participating in the online pre-school and kindergarten registration reservation campaign. If your school is not listed, please note that it will only be accepting walk-in applications during the registration week from February 3 to February 7, 2025.

The link to the School’s Online Form will be activated on January 27 at 7:00 AM. Once available, the form will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. This form allows parents to request a registration appointment for Pre-School and Kindergarten for the 2025-2026 school year.

After submitting the form, a school representative will contact you to confirm your information and provide further details about the registration process. Appointment times will be assigned in the order the reservations are received. Kindly note that completing this online process does not guarantee admission to the above-mentioned school.
